Prices stated by Koelstra BV are non-binding recommended retail prices including VAT. Koelstra BV retains the right to change prices at any time. Transactions entered into with Koelstra BV will always be performed against the agreed conditions. As soon as new prices are announced all previous prices automatically become invalid, no rights may be derived from this in any manner. Publication and prices subject to change. The actual products may differ from the colour, composition and model shown in the illustrations. Dimensions and weights are approximations. No rights may be derived from these in any manner whatsoever.

Performance
Koelstra BV will be informed at all times of all relevant information necessary for the performance of a transaction, service, guarantee, repairs, appointment, etc. in order to guarantee the best possible service.

Service/Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months, commencing on the date of purchase. The guarantee applies solely to production errors. Notification of production errors must be given in writing immediately after detection to the supplier of the product concerned and no later than one week after detection. We will only consider guarantee and repair if you have informed us of the supplier of your Koelstra product and on presentation of the purchase receipt and guarantee certificate.

Rights
All rights reserved. Disputes will be settled under Dutch Law. In the event of a dispute you must notify us of the contact person.

Delivery dates
The delivery dates stated for a transaction with Koelstra BV are not binding. The estimated delivery date is an indication of the expected delivery date. Circumstances may cause delivery dates to be changed. No rights can be derived from changed delivery dates.

External circumstances
No rights can be derived from agreements made with Koelstra BV that Koelstra BV is unable to meet due to external circumstances or failures on behalf of third parties (including fire, theft, natural disasters and other extreme conditions).

Third parties
Third party usage of information provided by Koelstra BV in any form whatsoever is the full risk and responsibility of the third party. No rights can be derived from this information.
